Why is this important?

A baby's brain is 25% developed at birth and increases to 80% by 3 years of age. Capturing their motivation to try anything and ability to absorb lots of information is crucial at a young age. Taking part in lots of physical activities plays a significant role in developing the necessary skills to go on and play a wide range of sporting activities. As a key contributor to this young age phase, you have the power to make a huge difference in starting them off on their journey.
