Your baby's brain is 25% developed at birth and increases to 80% by 3 years of age. Capturing their motivation to try anything and ability to absorb lots of information is crucial at a young age. Taking part in lots of physical activities gives them the necessary skills to go on to play a wide range of physical activities, develop social skills and lead a healthy lifestyle. As the most important influencer and role model, you have the power to make a huge difference in starting them off and supporting them on their journey.
